Downtown Old Monterey's newest tattoo parlor, Red Rabbit Tattoo, featuring artists Angie Deveaux and Krista Nevares, are holding a Halloween Flash Day on Saturday, October 25, 12pm - closing.

They'll allow a limited amount of pre-books, and the rest will be walk-ins. $100 per person. Designs will be 3-4 inches, black and gray or color, arms and legs only. Designs will be released on the day of the event. DM on Instagram to book.
