About the Workshop

Step into a warm, fiery, somatically led night of dropping into the body, awakening primal wisdom, and exploring the liberation of tribal ecstatic dance.

We’ll begin grounded with guided breathwork and meditation to anchor you in presence before the tempo builds. With loud, pulsing music and full-bodied movement, you’ll be invited into a powerful exploration and release through energy-based dance. This primal activation is both wild and intentional, designed to move energy, shake loose stagnation, and awaken your inner fire.

The journey then softens, closing with blissful integration and deep stillness to seal the experience, leaving you nourished, centered, and connected.
