Om Studios presents a Spring Equinox Ecstatic Dance Workshop led by Josselyn on Saturday, March 21, 7pm-9pm. Fee is $35. Register here.

We'll begin the workshop by gently arriving in the body through guided somatic awareness, breath work, and nervous-system attunement. From this grounded place, the music gradually builds - opening the door to instinctive, free-form movement.

This is not choreography. There are no steps to follow. Through shaking, swaying, spiraling, stomping, or stillness, you’ll have space to release stagnant energy, reconnect to your vitality, and awaken your creative life force.

We'll close with grounding and intention-setting, honoring the balance of light and shadow and planting seeds for the season ahead. No dance experience is needed. This is a judgment-free space.
