About the Workshop

This workshop is an immersive experience exploring ritual, grounding, sensation, and embodied connection.

Sense is a deeply experiential offering designed to awaken the body through intentional somatic exploration. Through movement, sound, scent, touch, taste, and stillness, this practice invites you to soften out of the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of feeling from the body.

In this journey you will be supported through gentle movement, ceremony, sound, energy healing and hands on assists. Throughout the class, each sense becomes a doorway back into the body and presence so healing can occur.
