Christmas in the Adobes is Monterey's signature holiday event. Held this year on December 12 & 13, 5pm-9pm, it features many beautifully decorated historic adobes for you to visit on foot. Staff and volunteers dressed in period attire greet visitors, with many venues offering music and entertainment.

On the night, event-goers will receive an event program that describes each of the apx. 23 participating adobes with a map to assist in plotting your course. Join the many Monterey Peninsula locals who ring in the holidays at this annual city-wide event!

Tickets

Tickets are $30 per night for adults and free for children and youth age 17 and under. A two-night Gold Pass is $45. Discounts available for active military personnel.

Tickets may be purchased online or in person at the Custom House Store at 1 Custom House Plaza (open Thu-Sun, 11am-4pm) or the Pacific House Store at 20 Custom House Plaza (open Tue-Sun, 10am-4pm). Discounted tickets for active military personnel must be purchased in-person. Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets Sales & Will Call at the Event

On event nights, ticket sales will be available at Custom House Store (1 Custom House Plaza) or the Pacific House Store (20 Custom House Plaza). Will call tickets can be picked up at Stanton Center (5 Custom House Plaza), Casa Gutierrez (590 Calle Principal), and Stevenson House (530 Houston Street).

Proceeds from Ticket Sales

Proceeds benefit Monterey State Historic Park's K-12 educational history program and provides access for schools in underserved communities.
