Om Studios in Monterey invites you to join us for an incredible six week series beginning June 1 and continuing on Saturdays at 11am (drop-ins are welcome). Fee is $90 for all 6 weeks or $20 drop-in.

The Yoga Mama Prenatal Series allows you to connect to your baby and your motherhood journey in a compassionate, sacred space; honor your pregnant body and tap into inner strength; ease physical and mental tensions that arise during pregnancy and motherhood; develop tools to use for birth; connect to other mothers and birth resources in the community; and have fun.
