Monterey Core Fitness

Monterey Core Fitness presents Spring Break Strong Girls Camps, athletic development and strength training camps led by trainer Sahana Slack. They's tailor-made for girls in sports ages 14+, integrating elements of resistance training, speed and agility, and plyometrics.

There are sessions available beginning April 8 & 15 and held Mon-Fri, 1pm-2pm. All fitness levels welcome. Register here .

Fleet Feet Monterey hosts a Pub Run every Monday at 6:00pm. We'll begin and end at Fieldwork Brewing Company. All paces, levels, distances, and abilities are welcome. Post-run, we can grab a beer together!

Wendi Kirby Music is now accepting adult students for an 8-week Beginning Group Guitar Class for Adults starting April 15 led by Anne Sibley, a singer-songwriter who's played acoustic guitar for over 20 years.
