Monterey Core Fitness presents Spring Break Strong Girls Camp, an athletic development and strength training camp led by trainer Sahana Slack.
This 5-day spring break camp is tailor-made for girls in sports ages 14+. It integrates elements of resistance training, speed and agility, and plyometrics, all under expert guidance. The camp will be held at Monterey Core Fitness, Monday-Friday, 1pm-2pm. All fitness levels are welcome!
There are four camps: 3/18-3/22, 3/25-3/29, 4/8-4/12, and 4/15-4/19. Space is limited; secure your spot by registering here.
