For $75, enjoy a 1.5 liter bottle of Sorelle Bronca Extra Dry Prosecco Superiore DOCG plus a caviar treat for two including Passmore Ranch caviar dip with creme fraiche, chives, lemon zest, and house made chips.

You can upgrade your midnight snack with 30g of the following: Classic Roe ($30), Whiskey Roe ($40), Truffle Roe ($45), or Passmore Circle 41 Caviar ($130).

Sorelle Bronca Extra Dry Prosecco
This organically grown, estate-bottled sparkling wine is made by the Bronca Sisters using Proseccor grape with small amounts of the traditional indigenous varieties Perera, Verdiso, and Bianchetta.
