Come celebrate the holidays with Om Studios Monterey and SLAM (Stroller Strong Moms of Monterey/Salinas) on Friday, December 2. The yoga class begins at 5:30pm, and it will be followed by sipping, shopping, and socializing! Om's First Friday events are free as a thank you to our members and community. We'll begin with a 60-minute Yoga Flow class lead by Om Studios' owners Sarah Cohen and Lindsay Wetterau. Bubbles and cider will be served after class, starting at 6:30pm. We'll have 50% off new member specials with SLAM and 20% off all Om Studios clothing (tonight only), plus Om class card specials. Of course, don't forget to take advantage of chair massages and our eye brow bar tonight. Spa specials will also be available for booking and purchase.
