You'll spend 1.5 hours at Whole Foods grocery store with Jen DeVilliers of Prime, learning how fun and easy it can be to shop for you and your family. You'll learn how to save time, money, energy, as well as how to read and compare food labels and accurately interpret product health claims so you can feel confident that you're choosing the healthiest foods.
