Dance for Brain Health, a 6-class series for seniors taught by Blair Cronin, invites you to experience the benefits of dance while exploring how movement supports brain health and overall well-being.
About the Series
Each class focuses on a key neuroscience concept, offering seniors the chance to feel good in their bodies, express themselves artistically, connect with others, and stimulate brain function for lasting vitality. Sessions include guided movement, creative expression, and opportunities for reflection.
No prior dance or movement experience is required. All classes are fully adaptable for different levels of mobility and ability.
Please note that Wendi Kirby Music is located on the second floor of the building. Because of the historic nature of the building, there is no elevator. The studio is only accessible by stairs.
Schedule & Registration
Classes are Thursdays at 11am on October 2, 9, 16 and November 6, 13, 20. Fee is $50 per class. Please contact Blair to register.
