The Monterey Firefighters Community Foundation presents a Kid’s Hero Run and Obstacle Course on Saturday, February 25, 10am-2pm at Colton Hall. Fee is $20 per child - register online here. At the event, participants will run through a city block lined with blow-up obstacle courses and meet local firefighters.

Food trucks will be available onsite, and many of Downtown Old Monterey's restaurants will be open and welcoming families for dine-in and take-out.

All proceeds from the event will be distributed through the Monterey Firefighters Community Foundation to fund future community events as well as support youth organizations throughout Monterey County.
