The Monterey Public Library and Monterey History and Art Association are teaming up to bring you an author talk with Nidhi Chanani on Friday, January 19 at 3:45pm at Stanton Center. Doors open at 3:15pm. The event is free to all. No reservations necessary.

Nidhi Chanani is known for writing and illustrating children's graphic novels (Pashmina, Jukebox, and Shark Princess). She is going to talk about her journey to becoming a graphic novelist, her writing and drawing process, and her newest work, Super Boba Cafe, which takes place in nearby San Francisco.
