Turkish Arts and Culture Festival 2026

All are welcome to the 26th Annual Turkish Arts and Culture Festival for a weekend of free family fun, August 29, 11am-7pm, and August 30, 11am-6pm, at Custom House Plaza.
Enjoy folk dancing performances, whirling dervishes, Turkish music, art exhibits, demonstrations of Turkish carpet weaving and ebru (the traditional art of water marbling), activities for children, and Turkish food and drinks. Presented by the Turkish American Association of California.
Food & Drink
Food and drink will include adana kebap (a long, charcoal-grilled, minced-meat brochette on a wide skewer), doner kebap (spicy barbecued meat), borek (cheese and spinach filled pastry), simit (sesame bread), dondurma (Turkish ice cream), baklava, Turkish delight, and the wonderful, thick, strong Turkish coffee.
