About the Workshop

The Lion's Gate Portal is celebrated each year on August 8 as a time of reflection, clarity, and new beginnings - a symbolic invitation to pause, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and realign with what matters most as summer winds down.

We'll begin with a guided intention-setting workshop. Through thoughtful journaling, guided inquiry and group exploration, you'll create space to connect with your deepest intentions and ritual.

From there, we'll transition into a gentle Slow Flow Yoga practice. Throughout class and into savasana, you'll receive the subtle healing energy of Reiki while the space is filled with the soothing vibrations of alchemy crystal sound bowls.
