About Gracie Bullyproof

The Gracie Bullyproof program teaches your child to use verbal assertiveness to deter bullies and several non-violent self-defense techniques to stay safe if physically assaulted.

Using our time-tested “Gracie Games,” we teach the children basic self-defense techniques while instilling the foundational defensive principles of leverage and control (instead of first learning punches and kicks). Kids gain discipline, control, and focus through fun games and positive reinforcement.
