Monterey Core Fitness women's gym is excited to welcome our new 6am coach and personal trainer, Zehunna (Zay-Anna)...but you can call her "Z".

Z has been part of the Core Fit family for 2 years, putting in the work, hitting her goals, and constantly leveling up her strength and skills. She is an absolute powerhouse, and if you’ve ever caught one of her workouts, you already know.

But what makes her truly special? Her heart. Z genuinely cares, shows up for others, and is fully invested in helping you become your best self - and that’s exactly the kind of energy we’re building here at Monterey Core Fitness for the long run.
